AI Visibility Audit and Review: Submitted HTML, robots.txt, optional llms.txt, and generated report content are processed transiently and are not stored or logged. Paid orders retain only minimal fulfillment data: order and payment references, customer email, status, timestamps, token/report digests, and aggregate daily event counts. Stripe processes payment details; Resend receives the email address and private claim link for delivery. No submitted content is sent to either service.
Recovery: Because submitted files and reports are not retained, a customer must reopen the private claim link and re-upload the original files after a delivery failure.
What we don't do: We do not sell your data. We do not share your conversations with third parties except as required to provide the service (Claude AI API, ElevenLabs for voice).
